Every named view except inbox now returns project rows (#205, #209, #216, #220). A bare filter with no view named, such as things --area Work -j or things -p <project>, routes to the internal catch-all view, which is still pinned to to-dos. An agent sweeping an area for projects that way gets none.
Expected
The catch-all view follows the same todoOrProject rule as the named views. Note --project X naturally excludes project rows (a project's own project is NULL), so the visible change is for --area and --tag. Docs already name the exception since #220; remove it once fixed.
Surfaced by the review on #220, which caught my docs overclaiming the rule.
