MemoryLayer Enterprise is now open source (AGPL-3.0). The Python, TypeScript, and Go SDK messages said "See https://memorylayer.ai for upgrade options"; they now read "…requires MemoryLayer Enterprise (open source, AGPL-3.0): https://github.com/scitrera/memorylayer-enterprise". The unused server-side FeatureRequiresUpgradeError gets the same wording.

Behavior change: in Python and TypeScript, EnterpriseRequiredError.status_code / statusCode was 404 even though the error is only raised for HTTP 501. It now reports 501 (Go already did). Code that matches on the error type is unaffected; code that compared the status code to 404 will need updating.

Tests now assert the status and message in all three SDKs.

The Python, TypeScript and Go SDK messages pointed at memorylayer.ai for
"upgrade options". MemoryLayer Enterprise is now open source (AGPL-3.0), so
point to its repository instead; the unused core FeatureRequiresUpgradeError
gets the same wording.

The Python and TypeScript errors also reported status_code 404 although they
are only raised for HTTP 501 responses (Go already used the response status).
Report 501 and fix the docstrings that said 404.
