Advertise Python 3.15 in package classifiers

When release consumers or package indexes inspect the version-specific Trove classifiers, this release still advertises support only through Python 3.14 despite the new Python 3.15 support in the test matrix, documentation, and changelog. Add Programming Language :: Python :: 3.15 alongside the retained classifiers so the published metadata reflects the compatibility change.
