Replace the eager iframe with the aura snippet approach: the hero backdrop paints the scene's palette immediately, and the live embed is requested only after the page has loaded, painted, and gone idle, then fades in once its scene has settled. Reduced-motion visitors keep the static palette. Drop the intro-loader hold, which a placeholder-first backdrop no longer needs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Animating the two oversized glow layers under the hero ran permanently and halved the desktop frame rate (68 fps against 120) while multiplying style recalculation. The hero keeps the loader's base and glow colours as a static background; the slow handoff to the aura scene is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
