Issue 13 — Stretch: first custom high-value employer adapter #14

Description

@skcache

Goal

Extend beyond Greenhouse/Ashby/Lever after core reliability is proven (PRD §17, Issue 13).

Scope (candidate: Amazon — short-lived postings motivated the system)

  • Only public employer-facing data
  • Explicit rate limits
  • Recorded fixtures
  • Kill switch

Non-goals

  • No browser automation unless absolutely required and approved as architecture change
  • Do not weaken V0 reliability to chase one source

Acceptance criteria

  • Adapter passes the full failure taxonomy
  • Kill switch disables the source without code change
  • No personal data in fixtures

Tests

  • fixture / parser / normalization / malformed / timeout / 429 / 5xx
  • Kill-switch behavior

Dependencies

  • Issue 12

EDN architecture review

Yes — new scraping strategy (custom employer surface).
