Replace list of abbreviations

This is based on a discussion with @lajanda:

Currently the list of abbreviations is really a list of all combinations but we found it would be more useful to explain what the components mean and give examples instead of only expanding them.

The file is added as abbreviations-with-explanations.csv but so far not used yet. This will also require a change in https://github.com/smartool/smartool-rus-eng and in the template.

I have created a new file with the list of abbreviations with explanations in .md format. Can we now upload this to the tab “List of abbreviations”?
