Nitro v2 Vite Plugin deprecation note

Adds a deprecation note, pointing to Nitro v3 with examples, in the readme

Adds a patch release changeset to reflect it on npm

Build-time console message as well, to bring everybody along:

❯ pnpm run build
$ vite build
