This is an issue in progress based on a problem we saw where the latest start date is later than the start of the event that ends last. The problem is that the BabyTimeMapper then calculates the last date as the lastest start date and doesn't use the latest end date. The SVG ruler is not plotted correctly and ends too early, while the purple block representing duration of the events ends over the edge of the ruler.
To fix: We're calculating earliest and latest dates based on the max and min of a new map of AllDates.
The current problem is that this is a map of one or two values going event by event in the XML.
We need to flatten this map before taking an absolute calculation.
And somewhere there's an SVG width or calculation being plotted based on an endDate or a startDate that we need to edit out.
