Stuff to fix after certain people have broke it on purpose

• Add a way for the ruler to go back further than 55 BC, specifically it stops at 70 BC, there is no background and the hole for the ruler isn't in the right area
• Add a marker for events that have lasted at most one single year, nothing shows up
• the em dash in between start and end dates needs to be an if statement so it doesn't show when there is only a start date
• fix resolution errors
• fix issue where if the latest start date is earlier than the oldest end date the sticky note goes off the ruler
• See Images in <media> don't show on the BabyTimeMapper #9 : Apparently there's no image handling? (add polaroid style popup for media)
