S-13442: document the RRPair elapsed metadata line - #801

proxymock markdown files now carry "elapsed:" next to the integer "duration:" line. Documents both, and that editing either one changes the mock delay. The writing gate treated the ``` fences inside a ```` example as closing the outer block, so it flagged the example lines as prose. Fences now follow CommonMark: only a run of the same character at least as long as the opener closes a block. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What
speedscale!7119 adds
RRPair.elapsed, a full-precisiongoogle.protobuf.Duration, next to the millisecondduration. proxymock markdown files gain anelapsed:metadata line. Theduration:line stays an integer so older proxymock versions can still read new recordings.proxymock/how-it-works/rrpair-format.mddocuments both lines. It also says that editing either one changes the mock delay, and thatduration: 0msmakes a mock respond immediately.check-public-writing.mjstoggled fence state on any run of three or more backticks. The inner ``` fences in this page's ```` examples closed the outer block, so the example lines were flagged as hard-wrapped prose. Fences now follow CommonMark: a block closes only on the same character, repeated at least as many times as the opener. A new test covers it and fails without the fix.Linear: S-13442. Merge after speedscale!7119 ships in a proxymock release.
