Summary

Document the proxymock record and mock commands for WebSocket sessions.
Explain that each replay handshake calculates Sec-WebSocket-Accept from the live client's Sec-WebSocket-Key.
Add a fail-closed verification flow for server-push, text, and binary messages.

Validation

Docusaurus production build passed.
check-ai-tells.sh passed for the WebSocket guide.
