Request: add cloudsync_uuid as option in visual table creator

Would be nice if there was a cloudsync_uuid option in the visual table creator. I ran into the issue where it has to be unique, then wasn't sure if I should try to use uuid4 extension or what.

@jacobprall, not sure if I understand. cloudsync_uuid is an internal function exposed only for testing purposes. The sync automatically uses it to assign a unique ID to the augmented database without the need for the user to do anything else.
