Fix installation script and/or readme for ponyd (pybonjour==1.1.1 no matching distribution)

The instructions contained at https://github.com/square/PonyDebugger/blob/master/README_ponyd.rst don't currently work.

The current steps that are functioning locally for me are:

git clone git@github.com:square/PonyDebugger.git
cd PonyDebugger
python setup.py install

I'll either update the ponyd instructions to reflect this as the new installation steps, or fix the installation script hosted by GitHub.

These instructions didn't work for me, I'm on a vanilla python install.
Looking into the permissions things now, could be El Cap. I tried with sudo and got the same problem.

The solution here for me was to brew install python then re-run the installation script from @justinseanmartin, after removing a few files which were sudo'd to bad permissions.

I am getting this error.
Re-installing python did not work for me. Any ideas?
