Summary

  • redisconn/aws, redisconn/azure, and redisconn/gcp previously required an unpublished redisconn v0.0.0 placeholder, resolved only via local replace directives. Now that redisconn/v0.0.1 is tagged (https://github.com/stacklok/toolhive-core/releases/tag/redisconn%2Fv0.0.1), point the require directives at the real release so downstream consumers without the local replace can resolve the dependency.
  • Move the release-validation test's "still unreleased" guard checks onto a dedicated fixture (scripts/testdata/release-dev-siblings) instead of the live repo's go.mod, since bumping to a real released version otherwise permanently breaks those assertions.

This is a prerequisite for releasing the root toolhive-core module — root go.mod still requires redisconn v0.0.0 and needs a follow-up bump once this merges.

Test plan

  • task (lint + test + redisconn-modules) passes
  • task license-check passes
  • ./scripts/validate-release.sh redisconn/aws/v0.0.1 (and azure/gcp) pass locally against the released redisconn/v0.0.1 tag

redisconn/aws, redisconn/azure, and redisconn/gcp required an
unpublished redisconn v0.0.0 placeholder. Now that redisconn/v0.0.1
is tagged, point the require directives at the real release so
downstream consumers without local replace directives can resolve
the dependency.

Also moves the release-validation test's "still unreleased" guard
checks onto a dedicated fixture (release-dev-siblings) instead of the
live repo's go.mod, since bumping to a real released version
otherwise permanently breaks those assertions.
