Fix broken Trustless Work skill link and add it to the ecosystem catalog

What

• Fix the 404 on the Trustless Work card in the site's ecosystem skills section. The skill repo moved its SKILL.md into a subfolder (and the repo is trustlesswork-skill), so the registered raw URL broke:
  • Old (404): https://github.com/ghraw/Trustless-Work/trustless-work-dev-skill/main/SKILL.md
  • New (200): https://github.com/ghraw/Trustless-Work/trustlesswork-skill/main/trustless-work-dev/SKILL.md
• Add Trustless Work to skills/standards/ecosystem.md: an Escrow entry under Infrastructure (same format as the neighboring entries) and a row in the Builder Teams table.

Verification

• The new raw URL was loaded and returns the skill's SKILL.md (HTTP 200).
• No references to the old path remain in the repo.
