Add keyboard shortcuts for common actions.

Shortcuts:

  • Ctrl+K - Command palette
  • Ctrl+N - New session
  • / - Focus search
  • ? - Show shortcuts

Acceptance Criteria:

  • All shortcuts work
  • Help modal shows shortcuts
  • No conflicts with browser shortcuts
  • Documentation updated

Files: ui/src/hooks/useHotkeys.ts (NEW)
