[UI] Add Toast Notifications

Replace alert() with toast notifications.

Implementation: Use react-hot-toast or sonner

Acceptance Criteria:

• Success/error/info/warning toasts
• Action buttons in toasts
• Auto-dismiss configurable
• Accessible (screen readers)
