runtime/client/types.d.ts imports ParamMatcher from @sveltejs/kit, but after the param-type move public.d.ts (the @sveltejs/kit surface) no longer exports ParamMatcher, so the import fails to resolve under tsc/pnpm check.

something small is very broken but overall looks good

version-3 lint-all is red since #16716. The new `@sveltejs/kit/params` module was missing from the tsconfig `paths` map, and one import still pointed at the old location. ### Please don't delete this checklist!
