Widen the C++ API so callers can pass arguments_t by reference as well as pointer: arguments_adaptor_t for showUsage/showVersion, a reference invoke callback overload, flag_specified and stream inserter overloads, plus release docs, examples, and version macros (ALPHABETA 0x41).

Spell C API types as `char_t`, `arguments_t`, `argument_t`, and
`usageinfo_t` in the C++ layer (`clasp.h`, `clasp.hpp`, `main.hpp`,
`search_specifications.hpp`); bump **CLASP_VER_PATCH** to 3.

docs(clasp): make specifications-first invoke() the Doxygen primary

Document the specifications-before-callback pointer overload of
clasp::main::invoke() as the primary entry, and mark the other
overloads with \overload so Doxygen does not treat repeated \param
argc as a fatal warning. Call that argument order from
test.unit.main.programname.1, and correct clasp.hpp version macros
(MINOR/REVISION/EDIT).
