null safety

[barbalex]

Please migrate to using null safety: https://dart.dev/null-safety/migration-guide

Dependencies:

• flutter_map itself is in the process: Upgrade to sound null-safety fleaflet/flutter_map#870
It can already be used via a branch: Migrate to null safety fleaflet/flutter_map#829 (comment)
• latlong2 can be used instead of deprecated latlong, as flutter_map does: https://github.com/fleaflet/flutter_map/blob/master/pubspec.yaml#L14
• geojson is not null safe yet: Null safety geojson#37 (geojson_vi is)
• geopoint has a pull request: Null safety support geopoint#8
• pedantic is null safe
• rxdart is null safe
• extra_pedantic is null safe

@synw has no time (synw/geojson#37 (comment)) so maybe someone else can take it on? Unfortunately I am a flutter noob (JavaScript dev) and don't feel up to it.

There is a null safe version of flutter_map published now (0.13.0) but there is a major bug that causes the map to crash as soon as you move/rotate: fleaflet/flutter_map#923

The 0.13.1 version of the Map is working Now

any news on the null safety version ?

is this library abandoned at this stage? this is the very last one I have that is still waiting for null safety, and I have the v 1.0.0 fix from TrinhCong's repo - is anyone able to pick this up, test and merge?
