safari web inspector no longer works with tauri mobile alpha[bug]

Describe the bug

the latest safari update appears to have disabled the web inspector by default. I can no longer connect to device or sim.

I've also seen this. But with an actual device I could use it just fine, the problem was only with a simulator. I'll take a look at this for wry.
