Describe the bug

sudo apt install sqlitebiter returns:

Unable to locate package sqlitebiter

...after adding repo

Expected behavior

sqlitebiter installs correctly

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:thombashi/ppa
sudo apt update
sudo apt install sqlitebiter

Environments

apt (PPA) on Linux subsystem for Windows 10
Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS

Additional context

Output of sudo apt update looks normal, except for this:
