Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@smithy/middleware-retry](https://github.com/smithy-lang/smithy-typescript/tree/HEAD/packages/middleware-retry). These dependencies need to be updated together.
