Ready to merge. Bumps express from 4.21.2 to 4.22.3, body-parser to 1.20.8, qs to 6.16.0, and path-to-regexp from 0.1.12 to 0.1.13. This is newer than #52 and includes the path-to-regexp fix. Local tests passed (16/16). CircleCI is red because checkout fails with "Permission denied (publickey)"; the tests never ran there.
