Finding API: listingInfo.buyItNowAvailable allways returns false

Hi,
just started to play with the finding API. In noticed 'listingInfo.buyItNowAvailable' allways returns 'false', but most of the items from my query shows the "buy now"-option on the ebay website.

Ebay: DE / AT
OS: Win 10 64
python: 3.9.4
ebaysdk: 2.2.0
