Remove CMAKE_DISABLE_FIND_PACKAGE_Curses because `Curses` does not exist in the sources at all. (They have one <curses.h> but no find_package for it...)

I was going to suggest renaming fix_x86 because it was no longer doing that but it looks like we don't need the NOMINMAX either.
Added a comment explaining the default_charset bit.
Removed the lexy dependency as per BehaviorTree/BehaviorTree.CPP#1099
