DSH host plugin - smart outbound HTTP(S) routing: named proxies (http/https/socks4/4a/5/5h), per-host/provider/plugin rules, direct-first fallback with health memory (global fetch + node http/https)
Make DeepSeek Harness follow your system network settings - route through the OS proxy and trust its certificate store, so TLS-intercepting accelerators work without env vars or a restart. 让 DSH 走系统代理并信任系统证书库，免环境变量、免重启。
