Add an option to search chats

What problem are you trying to solve?

As the number of chats grows, it becomes difficult to find an older conversation from the sidebar, especially when the exact generated title is not remembered.

Proposed solution

Add a Search Chats option that allows users to search through their existing conversations.

Alternatives considered

N/A, manual scrolling is not great for a large number of chats and might be a reason that people stop using due to frustration

Additional context

This would make it much faster to locate and revisit older conversations without manually scrolling through the entire chat history.

I'd like to pick this up. Sketch of where it lands, based on how the list path is wired today:

listSessions already takes its filters as a single options object in ISessionStore and pages with a keyset cursor over (updated_at, session_id), so a search term fits as one more optional filter rather than a new endpoint:

• packages/trueforge/src/apis/sessions.ts — add the query param to parseListSessionsQuery and pass it through, alongside the existing metadata / source_type filters
• packages/trueforge-core/.../store/ISessionStore.ts — extend the listSessions options
• InMemorySessionStore plus the SQL stores — apply the filter before the keyset window so cursors stay stable across pages
• sidebar — debounced input bound to the existing list query

Two things worth deciding before I write it:

1. Title-only, or also message content? Title-only stays a cheap indexed predicate; content search means a different index and a much larger change.
2. Case-insensitivity across SQLite and Postgres differs (LIKE vs ILIKE/citext), so I'd want to pin one behaviour rather than let it vary by store.

My instinct is title-only, case-insensitive, applied before pagination. Happy to go the other way if you'd rather. Could you assign it to me?
