Allow specifying what $root is

Right now KOLint assumes that the view model set in <!-- ko-viewmodel --> also specifies what $root is. But these can be two different things.

I imagine this would require new annotation like <!-- ko-root --> or something.

Also, since $root is typically the same for the whole project, it'd be beneficial to allow set it globally, in the config file.
