When the linted HTML file begins with:

<!-- ko-import { RootViewModel } from './js/RootViewModel' -->
<!-- ko-viewmodel RootViewModel -->
<!doctype html>

KOLint reports: KO0014 Expected 'Ident', '/', got "!doctype" (TEXT).

But that syntax is valid.
