Simplify custom card icons and hover states

Summary

• Use each agent brand's normal icon color instead of one emerald theme color.
• Use filled OpenAI, multicolor Gemini, Devin, and Google Antigravity brand marks.
• Replace Windsurf with Devin Desktop in the card grid and setup pages.
• Remove the repeated Skills and MCP pills from every agent card.
• Use the standard TypeScript, Python, and Ruby colors for SDK card icons.
• Remove icon tiles so agent and SDK cards follow the clean homepage treatment.
• Replace card lift and green glow with a small border-color change.
• Apply the shared hover rule to agent, catalog, and homepage cards.
• Remove duplicate homepage hover rules and unused language image assets.
