feat(hooks): capture Cursor run receipts

Summary

• adapt Cursor prompt, tool, subagent, stop, and session lifecycle hooks into the shared Wizard receipt queue
• map stop to run_end so one agent run can close without falsely ending the conversation
• drop prompts, tool inputs and outputs, transcript paths, email, and error text at the adapter boundary
• document the narrower Cursor cloud lifecycle surface
• release Cursor plugin 0.1.4

Verification

• npm run check: verifier and 20 tests passed
• npm run pack: 0.1.4 tarball produced
• git diff --check

Rollout

Merge after CI, tag v0.1.4, verify npm publication, install the released plugin, and exercise local and cloud-capability fixtures against Wizard 0.1.66.
