fix(hooks): capture headless Cursor completion

Scope

• add the documented afterAgentResponse hook as a RunEnd fallback for headless Cursor CLI versions that do not emit stop or sessionEnd
• keep stop as the primary desktop boundary; the second event is an idempotent no-op when both fire
• bump plugin metadata to 0.1.6 and document the local/cloud boundary

Evidence

A real authenticated Cursor Agent CLI run emitted user_prompt, pre_tool_use, and post_tool_use but no stop or sessionEnd, leaving no terminal capture. Cursor documents afterAgentResponse for local/CLI and cloud agents.

Checks

• npm run check (verifier plus 21 tests)
• npm pack --dry-run (45-file package)
• git diff --check

Rollout

After merge, refresh the local Wizard-managed Cursor bundle and rerun the real headless shell slice. npm publication remains a separate trusted-publisher gate.
