Plan v3 §5.10: always pass --work_episode_capture (metadata-only unless ORGX_OPENCODE_WORK_CAPTURE=bounded) and strip the ambient generic ORGX_SESSION_WORK_EPISODE_CAPTURE so it cannot widen capture. …est fingerprint (#39) Ships #37 (pin the OpenCode work capture mode explicitly) and #38 (stamp manifest_fingerprint from the packed files at publish).
