P1 Badge Avoid externalizing core modules for unpkg/jsdelivr CDN mode

The newly externalized entries (veryfront/head, veryfront/router, veryfront/context, veryfront/fonts) will now be left as bare imports whenever moduleResolution !== "bundled". In CDN mode with provider unpkg or jsdelivr, the import map built in src/html/utils.ts only includes platform utilities when includePlatformUtilities is true (lines 156–186), so those providers do not add entries for these modules. This means any app that imports these core modules while using the unpkg/jsdelivr CDN provider will now fail at runtime with unresolved module specifiers, whereas previously they were bundled. Either gate these externals by provider or add the missing mappings for unpkg/jsdelivr to avoid breaking that configuration.
