It also passed on rc.19921 and rc.19927, which added the stream idle deadline from fix(provider): bound a stalled provider stream body with a configurable idle deadline #4531.
• Run-path discovery (fix(discovery): keep eval imports and repeated discovery off the agent run path #4556, docs: update README files to reflect current codebase architecture #1620): a project with an eval that reads a CWD-relative file at import logged no discovery errors. The accepted-to-stream-start gap was 1.5–2.3 s; the baseline was 5.2 s on rc.19921.
• Strict staging E2E: Remote E2E Health, strict: run 35703117057.

Includes #4547, #4550, #4531 and #4556. The release pipeline fixes #4551 and #4553 apply to this release job.
