Upgrade Electron to fix ZIP extraction on Node.js 26

Installing @vue/devtools-electron on Node.js 26 can leave Electron incompletely extracted. On macOS arm64 with Node.js 26.4.0, my installation resolved Electron 36.9.5; its postinstall script exited successfully, but dist/ contained only LICENSES.chromium.html, with no Electron executable or path.txt.

The current dependency chain is @vue/devtools-electron → electron → extract-zip:

@vue/devtools-electron package.json:

{
  "dependencies": {
    "electron": "^36.9.4"
  }
}

electron@36.9.5 package.json:

{
  "dependencies": {
    "extract-zip": "^2.0.1"
  }
}

Electron uses extract-zip to unpack its binary. The library's last release was in 2020, and its last repository commit was in 2021. Related Node.js 26 extraction failures are reported in extract-zip #154 and Electron #51619.

Electron replaced extract-zip with @electron-internal/extract-zip; for example, electron@42.4.0 uses the new extractor. Could @vue/devtools-electron upgrade its Electron dependency to a version containing this fix and verify installation on Node.js 26?
