please add support for WESP32 Rev7 (with RTL8201)

What happened?

WESP32 uses an RTL8201 instead of LAN8720 since Rev7. I tried running WLED with Ethernet, but theres no connection over ethernet.

Can you please add the changes to the WLED Software?

I have custom board very similar to WESP32. esphome documentation say:

for board rev.7 and up

ethernet:
type: RTL8201
mdc_pin: GPIO16
mdio_pin: GPIO17
clk_mode: GPIO0_IN
phy_addr: 0
phy_registers:

• address: 0x10
  value: 0x1FFA
  page_id: 0x07

but my board doesn't need write values to registers, it works without extra register configurations. May be latest WESP32 versions fixed it in hardware.

Build instruction on windows (can be used to install on latest ubuntu):

1. Download ubuntu as WSL image from https://ubuntu.com/blog/ubuntu-wsl-new-format-available1.

2. Import WSL image
   wsl --import Ubuntu-WLED C:\Tools\wsl\WSL_WLED\ D:\Ubuntu2404-250130_x64.wsl

3. Install python
   sudo apt update && sudo apt -y upgrade
   We should have python and pip this step

4. Install node
   curl -o- https://github.com/ghraw/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.40.3/install.sh | bash
   logout/login
   nvm install v20.18.0

5. Create python env
   sudo apt install -y python3-venv
   mkdir environments
   cd environments/
   python3 -m venv wled_env
   source wled_env/bin/activate

6. Prepare repository and PlatformIO
   cd ~/
   git clone https://github.com/wled/WLED.git
   cd WLED
   Install platformIO
   pip install -r requirements.txt

7. Build WLED

pio run -e esp32dev_eth_V4

Sorry but this is by far the most complicated way to get a working build environment, while trying extremely hard to avoid installing the free Visual Studio Code (aka VSCode). And it has nothing to do with WESP32 Rev7. Its only a description that finally allows you to compile normal WLED firmware from the command line.

Then select esp32dev_eth, connect your board and hit "Upload & Monitor".
