Imporove sqlite db copying

Seeing lots of warnings like this recently in sqlite tests:

Warning: copy(/tmp/wp-cli-test-core-install-cache-6.9.4/install_34f3da9689642b02bfdc2a3bb7dc5325.sqlite): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in vendor/wp-cli/wp-cli-tests/src/Context/FeatureContext.php line 1622

Maybe need some hardening like file_exists or even error suppression.

Hi @swissspidy!

I think the PR from Copilot fixes the errors without resolving the source of the problem.

I was trying to run tests with sqlite this evening, and I traced this error to the following:

• In wp-cli-test, the database location is hardcoded to $run_dir/wp-content/database/.ht.sqlite
• In sqlite-database-integration, the database file's destination as of 2.2.19 is wp-content/database/.ht.sqlite.php

I could be totally off on this, but I think the file_exists guards are suppressing the sqlite failure caused by new versions of the plugin using a different filename for the database itself.
