Summary

  • Fourth tier no_messages, "all permissions except messages". It is tier 2 without the messages and groups domain. It requests no im: permission and no search:message, and it drops the message-read set that tiers 1 and 2 add. The server refuses every /im/ API for this tier, whatever Feishu granted, so older message grants cannot reach chats. Calendar, mail, tasks, docs, sheets, Base, wiki, contacts, approvals, OKR and attendance behave as in tier 2, and there is still no sending.
  • The Feishu app page shows whether an app supports the new tier. The labels and hints on "My Feishu" are updated in zh, en and ja.
  • Shorter selection card. It is now four full-width buttons with short names and one grey line of notes. The shared retention notice and the card shown after a choice are shortened too.
  • No database migration. authorization_level is plain text with no check constraint.

Test plan

  • pytest -n 4: 2702 passed
  • Tier 4 requests no message scopes, is refused on /im/ even with granted scopes, and can still write calendar events and read docs
  • Card button round-trip for all four levels
  • ruff, vue-tsc, eslint, and vitest for FeishuAppPanel and MyFeishuView
  • Check the card and a real tier-4 authorization on a Feishu client

…s card

The fourth tier is the middle tier without the messages and groups domain:
it asks for no im: permission or search:message, and the server refuses
every /im/ API for it whatever Feishu granted. The Feishu app page shows
whether an app supports it.

The selection card is now four buttons and one line of notes.
