This is a preview of PR for StmtDoc. I will create a real one after the apache#12048 is merged and I need to apply diff in this PR to the squashed commit in main.
It has AssertDoc and ReturnDoc as subclasses of StmtDoc, in addition to all other changes in the prototype branch.
