Update readme

I'm sure I'm only one of many who would love to purcase a bunch of read-to-use boards.
It would be nice if the readme mentioned wether it might be possible to buy them (even if it just states that it is not.).

I am currently doing some research in prices to make a small batch of these boards in a near future! :)

I added to the ARM PRO MINI page a section to list sources for these
boards. Hopefully it will start having real links soon ;-)
