Adds two patterns for comparing the block type/state at given positions.
Based on FallingColors#1134, but doesn't cover the meta-eval section since that isn't changing until 1.21. - [x] Proper definition for "hex" and/or "evaluatable" somewhere in the book - [x] Change "list of patterns" to "list of iotas" (with additional clarification if necessary) since embedding allows other stuff in lists - [x] Remove the Influences section, move null and garbage descriptions into the main iota list in 101 - [x] Overhaul the Primer on Vectors section to actually explain vectors instead of just linking to Psi's explanation - [x] Reorganize and partially rewrite escapes section - [x] Clarify functionality of Contemplation vs Consideration - [x] Adjust Further Notes to better describe Consideration doubling Does not include anything for FallingColors#737 since that was already handled by FallingColors#862. **Note:** when removing the link to the Influences entry from the Escaping Patterns entry, in `en_us` I changed the text that previously contained the link from "influences" to "special patterns". However, I was unable to do this for the other languages, so the link is gone but the text still has whatever translation was used for "influences" - this will probably need to be adjusted by whoever handles the relevant translations.
…s#1103) Adds Interjection, Meditation, and Recollection to allow more advanced pattern-list building. - Interjection (used while introspecting) reads from the offhand and inserts the resulting iota into the in-progress list. - Meditation pops an integer and opens a list to the specified parenthesis depth. - Recollection closes a list from any parenthesis depth, pushing the depth and the list. Meditation is treated as a normal pattern when inside existing parentheses because there's no way to determine how many new layers it should open. This is kind of a janky solution, but the only alternative would be to prevent using it inside parens altogether. Resolves FallingColors#1044 by making the `CastingImage` constructor public. Also changes a bunch of `ctx: CastingEnvironment` parameters to be called `env` instead, both to fix some other warnings (about subclasses using different parameter names than their parents in overridden methods) and because it hasn't been called a CastingContext in years.
…ors#1242) Regression from FallingColors#1118 Prior to this fix, pages that had their header overwritten would not have their signatures visible on the book page. This affects Additive Distillation in the lists entry, and probably other entries.
Improves Spell Circle scanning by making a custom system to use `ServerChunkCache#getChunkFuture`'s quicker chunk loading.
