feat: publish semantic USB transport profiles

Coordinated with FastLED/fbuild#1047\n\nImplements schema phase of #47\n\nAdds a deterministic versioned usb-profiles.json artifact to the normal site pipeline while preserving usb-ids.json and protobuf compatibility. Profiles derive board identities from normalized data, preserve VID:PID collisions, support curated other-layer roles, and validate roles/provenance/aliases.
