What
Add a one-line status banner to the README marking the project closed at V0, with a link to Spotify's Dev Mode rules explaining the 5-user cap on the hosted instance.
Why
Public-facing readers landing on the repo should know the hosted instance is invite-only due to Spotify's Dev Mode policy and that the source remains AGPL-3.0 for fork-to-CLI or self-host.
