What
Update the README banner to reflect the actual end-state: archived 2026-05-25, hosted instance returns 410. Change "Lives at" to past tense.
Why
The PR #80 banner was written under a "stays live as invite-only demo" plan. Full archive was the final call; the hosted instance is gone. README should match.
