データフローをプライバシーポリシーで宣言することになる。dev へのマージは検証環境まで
なので、このPR自体は先にマージして構わない。

概要

フィードバックのトリアージで、内容の分類を TypeSafe AI, Inc. の提供する AI サービスへ
移すのに伴い、プライバシーポリシー第 15 条の記述を実態に合わせる。実装側は
TrainLCD/Functions#31。

変更内容

第 15 条（フィードバック機能の利用について）の外部サービスの記述を、分類と要約で
書き分ける。日本語版・英語版の両方。

Policy の本文にある Typesafe AI, Inc. は、同じ文書の見出しとも食い違う単独の誤記。

既存の記述（OpenAI, L.L.C. / Cloudflare, Inc.）と同じく、初出で正式名を書き、見出しと
リンク文字列はブランド名のみとする規則に従っている。第 14 条が OpenAI をリンク無しで
挙げているのに倣い、TypeSafe にもリンクは張っていない。

退行リスク

文言のみの変更で、コンポーネントの構造・スタイル・ルーティングには触れていない。
両言語版とも同じ段落の同じ文を書き換えている。
