Desktop crashes with "Stale read from <Show>" when switching or closing sessions

Description

After updating OpenCode Desktop to version 1.18.10, the application started crashing when I switch between folders or sessions.

The same error also occurs when closing a session.

The application displays the following error:

Error: Stale read from <Show>.

This issue started immediately after installing the latest update.

Expected behavior:
Switching folders/sessions and closing sessions should work normally without crashing.

Actual behavior:
The entire desktop application crashes and displays the "Something went wrong" screen.

I have attached a screenshot of the error and the exported logs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open OpenCode Desktop.
2. Open any folder/project and enter a session.
3. Switch to another folder or session.
4. Alternatively, close the current session.
5. OpenCode crashes and shows: "Error: Stale read from ."
