✅ LGTM — cycle. Quick-ref accurately describes #583: PORT_FILE(projectDir) parameterization (production default os.homedir() unchanged), scheduler _CONNECT_FAIL_ALERT=3 with ERROR escalation + actionable emrgd.port hint, test isolation guard, findPython 3-level upsearch, doc-count guard incl. README.cn.md, +2 pytest (634→636). Matches merged #583 (Test CI 31288519964 SUCCESS).
