✅ LGTM — cycle. Quick-ref accurately describes #585: saturation halt → low-frequency heartbeat (max(interval, min(interval*8, 8h)), never halting), run-loop wait_timeout + manual-trigger/upstream-advance restore, _saturation_heartbeat_active rename, +3 pytest 636→639 with formula/saturated-tick/log-guard coverage, doc counts synced. Matches merged #585 (801fe10).

Quick-ref entry accurately covers #585: heartbeat formula, never-halt semantics, resume channels, log wording, test counts 636→639. Doc-only change; CI green; scheduler+doc-count tests pass locally (52).
